Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item, we can exchange or refund provided that the item is returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are covered by you, the customer. Please ensure that item is adequately insured and ask for proof of postage from the Post Office/preferred courier for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact me on hello@kittyholmes.com should you need to return an item so I can provide you with all the instructions and then keep my eye out for your returned parcel.

Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. In this instance, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery by email (hello@kittyholmes.com) to arrange return postage and a replacement to be sent.

Cushion Inserts

None of my covers come with inserts. I leave this up to you as there is so much variation and open to personal preference. Some people prefer feather filling, full pillows, thin pillows, organic cotton or other alternatives like wool cushion inserts so I will leave that choice up to you. However,  you can purchase my personal favourites and what I use at home on my website here

For more information on cushions inserts, you can refer to the visual below.

Shipping

I ship worldwide from London with shipping costs calculated at check out. I offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over £80. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. I am unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs otherwise they will be returned to me!  For more information, contact your local customs office.

Manufacturing

My cushions are made in a small factory in Bali.  Indonesian employment laws are quite strict and the factory adheres to these. Religious responsibility is one of the highest priorities and staff are allowed regular days off to fulfill those. Staff are offered voluntary paid overtime - most of them wish to take it. They receive paid holidays on top of public holidays, plus a yearly bonus.

There are around 35 workers in the factory, many are women working from home so they can care for their children or small family based businesses.
The factory is well ventilated and the printing process uses a water filter and recycling system so pollutants are not released into the environment. Seaweed gel based tints from Japan so environmental impact is minimised further.
My cushion covers are packaged in cassava based 'plastic' bags. They decompose in 3 months and are 100% plant based material.
