and i’m guessing it’s hot where you are. oakland is a nice 80F today, which is much better than vegas (115!). i made this again last night, but i cut the watermelon into cubes, since it’s less wasteful than using a melon baller. it was tasty. plus, who doesn’t like a salad that includes alcohol?
